Warranty Policy

One-Year Limited Warranty

At FWT, we stand behind the quality of our watches. This Limited Warranty applies to new FWT watches purchased directly from the official FWT online store in the United States. FWT warrants that your watch will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to any later owner.

What is covered in Watch Warranty

This watch warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that appear during normal, intended use within the warranty period. If a covered defect is confirmed, FWT will provide warranty service in accordance with the remedies described below.

Remedies

FWT may, at its discretion:

repair the watch using new or refurbished parts
replace the watch with the same model or a comparable model
refund the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not reasonably available

Any repaired or replacement watch will be covered for whichever period is longer:

the remainder of the original warranty period, or
90 days from the date the repaired or replacement watch is delivered

Exclusions:

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

normal wear and tear
scratches, dents, fading, or other cosmetic changes from regular use
damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, impact, fire, flood, or other external causes
damage caused by improper handling, storage, or care
damage caused by unauthorized repairs, alterations, or tampering
use outside normal product instructions
commercial use or resale
used, resold, or second-hand watches
watches with removed, altered, or tampered labels

This warranty also does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

How to make a warranty claim

To request warranty service, your claim must be submitted before the warranty period expires. Please contact FWT first to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Once your RMA is approved, you must return the watch using secure protective packaging and include:

proof of purchase
the approved RMA details
any additional information reasonably requested to review the claim

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the watch to FWT.If the warranty claim is approved, FWT will cover the cost of return shipping for the repaired or replacement watch. Packages sent without an approved RMA may be rejected or returned at the sender’s expense.

Important warranty conditions

This warranty applies only to watches purchased directly from the official FWT online store in the United States.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Warranty coverage applies only to normal, intended use.
FWT reserves the right to inspect the returned watch before approving any warranty remedy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FWT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the watch, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
